How does our recruitment process work?

If there is a suitable vacancy for you and you progress successfully through the initial application process you will then be invited to attend selection testing at a centre near you. You will be assessed in a number of key areas by one of our assessment team to enable us to offer an apprenticeship that is right for you.

Success at selection testing will often lead to a trial placement (normally one week) with the employer of choice. This ensures that you are right for your potential employer and your potential employer is right for you. Click here for guidance on what is expected of you during your trial placement.
